We can work together to overcome anxiety, burnout, rejection and relationship conflict. We currently offer virtual therapy for adults and couples across Whitby, Durham Region and Ontario.

Hello There!

My name is Antoinette Burrell and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and practice owner of GardenView therapy, based in Whitby, Ontario.

We offer culturally sensitive counselling and a safe place to gain clarity and feel genuinely seen and understood. Sessions are warm relaxed, where you can simply be yourself. We'll talk openly in a comfortable atmosphere, exploring your thoughts at your pace.
